Rebuilt after a fire damaged the original pool house and restaurant, this facility was rebranded as an all inclusive event center catering to the burgeoning beach wedding industry. 

 

Featuring a full service kitchen, the property also functions as a 150-seat restaurant with pool side service as part of Phase II of the Watercolor Development.
