This site is home to an existing single story ranch house that was damaged by a falling tree. The new design occupies the same location as the original house being careful to not disturb various large caliper trees in the immediate area.

Sitting minutes from downtown Nashville this project will be home to a variety of uses: residential, office, artist work-spaces as well as retail. There are two main buildings sitting on top of a multi-story parking structure accessed from a ring road around the perimeter of the site. The inner section of the site contains a large grassy function area with the retails spaces opening onto a raised promenade overlooking the open area.
