Designed as the family residence for a developer client, this 3,500 s.f. house was built on a quiet cul de sac in the old section of Seagrove Beach, within walking distance of the beach. 

 

Inspired by Burmudan architecture, the house also borrows from mid century split levels to handle the sloping lot. The garage sits on the lowest portion of the site, with the main level sitting a half flight above to allow walk-out access to the private pool at the rear. A 3-story tower bookends the pool affording magnificent views of the gulf a few blocks to the south.
